Why must I order from the germ board rather than be served by a human when clearly there are humans working there? RUDE!!
Totally agree but would you rather wait 10-15 minuits to place your order at the register than another 5-10 minuits for your order?. Exactly. Reasons why you place your order at the machine is either because we want to get orders out quickly because we get complaints about orders sometimes or either theres short staff and more orders to come. We truly hate telling our customers to use the machines!!
